The airENERGY counter-current heat exchanger allows for the recovery of up to 99% of the heat from the exhaust air, which translates into significant savings in heating costs. Additionally, the device is equipped with an airCare+ antibacterial coating containing silver phosphate glass, which prevents the development of bacteria and fungi inside the recuperator.

Filters and air purity

The air filtration system in the IT450 S4 AB model consists of several layers, providing effective removal of contaminants. Intake filters G4+F7 capture dust, pollen and other suspended particles, and the exhaust filter M5 protects the device from contamination. Thanks to this, the air in your home is clean and healthy. Additionally, the recuperator is compatible with iCARE F7 anti-smog filters, which provide an even higher level of protection against harmful substances contained in smog.

The Wentilo Icon IT450 S4 AB recuperator is equipped with an iEDGE SMART control system, which allows for precise adjustment of the device's operating parameters to individual needs. Remote control via a mobile application allows you to control the home ventilation from anywhere. Automatic bypass ensures optimal airflow depending on the outside temperature, and the anti-freeze function protects the recuperator from damage at low temperatures. The device has execution side B (alternative).

The recuperator offers a high ventilation efficiency of up to 450 m³/h and a heat recovery efficiency of up to 99%, which translates into lower heating costs. The device has an energy class of A+, and the filtration system includes G4+F7 (intake) and M5 (exhaust) filters, guaranteeing clean air in the rooms. Control is via the iEDGE SMART system.
