The LVS03203 front plate is a professional installation component designed for modular devices with a height of 150mm, forming an integral part of PrismaSeT G switchboard systems. The product was developed with modern electrical installations in mind, where both functionality and aesthetic finish are of key importance.

Construction and system compatibility

The plate has been specifically designed for PrismaSeT G series enclosures, offering full compatibility with existing modular systems. The cut-out plate design allows for precise fitting to standard modular devices while simultaneously ensuring easy access to equipment during service and maintenance work.

The system supports 24 single modules with a width of 18mm in each row, allowing for flexible configuration of diverse device sets. A mounting width of 600mm and a height of 150mm guarantee optimal use of space in switchgear cabinets, while 3U provide adequate space for components.

Materials and surface finish

The plate body is made of steel, which guarantees high mechanical resistance and durability even in demanding industrial conditions. The surface has undergone a powder coating process, creating a durable coating resistant to environmental factors, maintained in white color RAL 9003.

The plate width of 500mm has been precisely matched to mounting standards, enabling seamless installation in various types of enclosures. The powder finish is characterized by high abrasion resistance and ease of cleaning, which facilitates maintaining the installation's aesthetics throughout long years of operation.

Application and operational advantages

The LVS03203 front plate is used in industrial switchboards and commercial buildings where modular devices from various manufacturers compliant with IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-2 standards are mounted. Its design supports the PrismaSeT G system philosophy through increased structural rigidity and better heat dissipation.
