G 500mm system adapter for PrismaSet switchboards LVS03595
G system adapter for PrismaSet switchboards - universal mounting solution
The LVS03595 adapter is a professional set of elements enabling flexible mounting of G System components in PrismaSet switchboards. The set consists of four side crossbars and two longitudinal crossbars, which can be adjusted in terms of installation depth.
Construction and materials
The adapter elements are made of high-quality steel sheet, ensuring appropriate structural rigidity and load capacity for the mounted components. The surface is coated with a durable white powder coating RAL 9003, which not only provides an aesthetic appearance but, above all, protects the steel against corrosion and mechanical damage.
Application and system compatibility
The adapter has been specifically designed for installation in the W650 device compartment of PrismaSet P switchboards. It enables the seamless mounting of various G System elements, with particular emphasis on mounting plates, Linergy BW insulated rails, and Linergy BS rear rails with a rated current of 400A. Depth adjustment allows for optimal fitting to various installation configurations.
Mounting and functionality
The screw fastening system ensures a stable and durable connection of the adapter elements to the switchboard structure. The ability to adjust the depth of the crossbars allows for precise positioning of the mounted components relative to the switchboard front and other electrical installation elements.
Green Premium environmental compliance
The product carries the Green Premium label - this is Schneider Electric's commitment to providing solutions with the highest level of environmental performance in its category. This means full compliance with the latest environmental regulations, information transparency regarding environmental impact, and product design in the spirit of a circular economy while minimizing CO2 emissions.
