Polybloc 250A 4P distribution block - compact solution for PrismaSet switchboards

The Polybloc 250A 4P distribution block is a professional component of the Linergy DP system, designed specifically for PrismaSet switchboards. The device ensures safe current distribution up to 250A in a compact enclosure with dimensions of 140×140×64 mm.

Construction and system compatibility

The distribution block has been developed as a direct interface for Compact NSX and INS circuit breakers for 250A current. Its unique design features a width identical to the circuit breaker, which eliminates the need for additional space in the switchboard.

The screwless spring connection system significantly simplifies installation - the connection terminals are recessed in the enclosure, which facilitates cable connection and prevents exceeding the bending radius of flexible and rigid conductors. Mounting is possible both on a DIN rail and by snapping directly under the circuit breaker.

Electrical parameters and mounting

The device operates at a rated voltage of 690V AC with insulation of 750V AC and an impulse withstand voltage of 8kV. The operating current is exactly as specified in the product specification.

The connection system supports flexible conductors with cross-sections from 4mm² to 16mm² and rigid conductors with cross-sections from 6mm² to 10mm², with the possibility of direct connection of power supply with a cross-section up to 120mm².

Normative compliance, operating conditions and sustainability

The block meets the requirements of international standards: standard norms for this type of distribution device, holding ASTA certification. The device maintains full functionality in temperatures from -25°C to +55°C.

The design is characterized by glow-wire resistance up to 960°C (in accordance with IEC standards), which ensures high fire safety of the installation.

The product is covered by the Schneider Electric ecological program - the Green Premium label guarantees the highest class of environmental friendliness in its category. The packaging is made of recycled cardboard, and the product meets the requirements of programs enabling later recycling of the device.
