Non-glazed doors for PrismaSeT G Active switchboards

Non-glazed doors LVS08124 are a component of the PrismaSeT G Active series, designed for wall-mounted enclosures with a width of 600mm and a capacity of 12 vertical modules. They are an integral part of a modern switchboard system developed to increase structural strength and improve the efficiency of electrical installations at every level.

Construction and materials

The doors are made of steel subjected to electrophoresis and hot-cured epoxy-polyester powder coating. This surface technology ensures excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic durability of the finish. The design is reversible, allowing the opening direction to be adjusted to specific installation requirements.

The functionality of the door is provided by one polyamide handle equipped with a lock (type 405 key), as well as two hinges guaranteeing stability and smooth movement. The opening angle is 130°, providing comfortable access to the interior of the switchboard during assembly and service work.

Protection parameters and safety

The product is characterized by an IP40 protection rating, which protects against finger access to hazardous parts and against vertically falling water drops when the device is tilted by a maximum of 15°. Additionally, it provides mechanical impact resistance of class IK08 in accordance with the EN/CEI 62262 standard.

The doors are fully compliant with the requirements of the CEI 61439-1 and CEI 61439-2 standards, guaranteeing their safe use in switchboard installations. The product also meets the requirements of the EU RoHS directive and has a REACh declaration regarding chemical substances.

Application and compatibility

The doors are intended for use in wall-mounted switchboards and extension cabinets with a width of 600mm. They are ideal for industrial, commercial, and residential applications as a functional element of PrismaSeT G Active switchboard systems.

The white color (RAL 9003) allows for aesthetic integration with most types of electrical installations. The product weight is 4.26 kg, and the overall dimensions are 600 × 630 × 36 mm. The product is manufactured in France and is covered by a standard manufacturer's warranty lasting 12 months.
