Solid doors for PrismaSeT G switchboards - a professional solution for electrical installations

LVS08125 solid doors are a key element of the SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC PrismaSeT G switchboard system. Specifically designed for wall-mounted enclosures with a width of 600 mm and a capacity of 15 modules, they ensure optimal protection and easy access to the electrical installation.

Product construction and dimensions

The solid door construction is based on a steel plate measuring 780×600×36 mm, which guarantees the stability and durability of the entire switchboard. The powder-coated surface in white (RAL 9003) provides not only an aesthetic appearance but also resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.

A practical opening angle of 130° allows for convenient access to the interior of the switchboard, while the reversible opening direction allows the mounting to be adapted to specific installation conditions. Two locks and two hinges ensure secure closing and stability of the door position during operation.

Functionality and compatibility

The doors have been designed as a component of the PrismaSeT G system, allowing for easy integration with existing enclosures in this series. The polyamide handle guarantees ergonomic operation, and the included 405 type key lock provides additional security against unauthorized access.

The product weight of 5.08 kg indicates a solid construction while maintaining an optimal mass. The IP40 protection rating protects against access with fingers and tools with a diameter greater than 1 mm, which is sufficient for most industrial applications.

The product meets the strict requirements of the CEI 61439-2 and CEI 61439-1 standards, confirming its compliance with European safety standards for electrical switchboards. IK08 impact resistance according to the EN/CEI 62262 standard guarantees mechanical resistance in demanding industrial conditions.

The production process includes electrophoresis and epoxy-polyester powder coating, which ensures long-lasting anti-corrosion protection. The product has Green Premium status, confirming the manufacturer's commitment to the natural environment by eliminating PVC and mercury from its components.

Mounting and installation

The design provides for mounting in enclosures with a width of exactly 600 mm, allowing for a perfect fit with standard distribution cabinets. The system includes all necessary mounting elements - the door, handle, lock, and hinges are part of the set.
