The LVS03001 symmetrical DIN rail was designed specifically for PrismaSeT G switchboard systems, offering a solid foundation for mounting a wide range of modular devices in high-demand electrical installations.

Construction and system compatibility

The construction with dimensions of 468 × 52 × 100 mm provides a stable mounting platform for devices from various Schneider Electric series. The 48 modules system (9 mm pitch) allows for flexible placement of devices, ranging from Acti9 C120/iC120 circuit breakers and ComPacT INS40-INS160 switches to TeSys GV2LE/GV2ME/GV2RTn motor starters.

The design also supports the mounting of Vigilohm IM20/IM20H/IM9 measuring devices, Vigirex RH10/RH21/RH99 residual current relays, and Multi9 NG125 series devices. This versatility eliminates the need to use different types of rails within a single switchboard.

Application and safety standards

The rail is intended for installation in switchboards with a width of 600 mm, in both wall-mounted and floor-standing versions. The product meets the requirements of IEC 61439-2 and IEC 61439-1 standards, guaranteeing compliance with European electrical installation safety standards.

The modular system allows for configuration ranging from simple power circuits (2 modules for signal lights) to advanced distribution boards (up to 8 modules for devices ≤40A). This flexibility enables the design of installations tailored to the specific needs of facilities.

Technical and operational advantages

The metal construction is characterized by high mechanical strength and thermal stability during the operation of loaded circuits. The natural surface color facilitates identification and maintaining installation cleanliness. A weight of only 0.24 kg does not add extra load to the switchboard structure.

The rail holds the ASTA certificate and a declaration of conformity with the RoHS EU directive, confirming its safety of use and ecological neutrality. The system is covered by the manufacturer's warranty for a period of 18 months.
