Professional low voltage power distribution enclosure

The LVS08104 enclosure is part of the PrismaSeT G series - a modern low voltage switchgear system for up to 630A. Designed specifically for electrical power distribution, it provides a compact solution for installations requiring high reliability and compliance with international standards.

Construction and materials

Made of steel coated with an electrophoretic coating and a polyester-epoxy layer applied by powder coating, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. The surface has a matte textured finish in white RAL 9003, fitting perfectly into the aesthetics of modern installations.

The enclosure with dimensions of 600×630×205 mm (width × height × depth) accommodates 12 vertical modules (50mm) or 24 18mm modules in a row, ensuring optimal packing density of switchgear.

Operating parameters and safety

The system is characterized by insulation class I and an IP30 protection rating, which can be increased to IP40 by adding a door, IP41 with a canopy, or IP43 with gaskets. Mechanical resistance is IK07, and with solid doors, it reaches IK10.

Electrical parameters of the system include a rated continuous current of 630A at 40°C and a short-circuit current level of 50kA. The system withstands short-term current overloads of 25kA for one second and a peak withstand current of 53kA. The rated insulation voltage is 1000V on the main busbars, and the operating frequency is the standard 50/60Hz.

The system can be mounted side-by-side or one on top of the other (juxtaposition) thanks to its modular design, allowing for the creation of larger distribution systems while maintaining full electrical and mechanical consistency.
