The LVS08105 wall-mounted enclosure from the PrismaSeT G series is an advanced solution for electrical switchboards with currents up to 630A. Made of powder-coated steel in white RAL 9003, it is designed for indoor installation.

Construction and technical features

The enclosure, with dimensions of 600×780×205 mm, accommodates 15 vertical modules (50mm modules) and 24 18mm modules in a row, allowing for flexible installation configuration. The construction made of steel protected by electrophoresis and polyester epoxy paint guarantees corrosion resistance and long-lasting aesthetics.

The design complies with the requirements of IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-2 standards for electrical switchboards. The IP30 protection rating protects against access to hazardous parts, and the IK07 impact resistance protects against mechanical damage. The system is available in various protection configurations - from IP30 (front plate only) to IP43 (with door, cover, and gasket).

The PrismaSeT G enclosure is used in commercial, industrial, and public utility buildings - from schools and offices to hospitals and shopping centers. The system enables the creation of extensive installations through the possibility of connecting enclosures side-by-side or one on top of another, which significantly simplifies the design of larger systems.

Compliance with IEC 62208 standards and ASTA and EAC certificates confirm high manufacturing quality. The system has passed seismic tests according to the IEC 60068-2-57 standard, maintaining functionality at an acceleration of 2.5G.

The device operates at a rated insulation voltage of 1000V on the main busbars and a rated current of 630A at 40°C. The short-circuit strength is 50kA, and the short-circuit withstand current is 25kA for 1 second. The maximum peak current reaches a value of 53kA.

Insulation class I provides a basic level of electrical safety, and the 50/60Hz operating frequency covers standard installation requirements. The modular design allows for easy upgrades without loss of output parameters, and all components are mutually matched for electrical and mechanical cooperation.

The system is covered by a manufacturer's warranty lasting 18 months, and the packaging is made of recycled cardboard without the use of plastic - which aligns with the manufacturer's sustainability policy.
