Flush-mounted enclosure Easy9 EU – reliable protection for electrical installations

The Easy9 EU flush-mounted enclosure is a solution dedicated to the safe and aesthetic mounting of modular equipment, especially in residential buildings. Designed with ease of installation and reliable protection in mind, it is an integral part of electrical systems in new and renovated facilities. Made of self-extinguishing plastic, it ensures safety and resistance to damage.

Functionality and construction

The enclosure houses one row of modular equipment, offering space for 18 modules with a standard width of 18 mm. This allows you to place a wide selection of protective and control devices in it. It is supplied with two terminal blocks – grounding and neutral – equipped with 16 holes (8x16mm² + 8x10mm²) which facilitates the connection of wires. Reversible full doors in white color (RAL 9003) open at an angle of 180°, providing free access to the inside of the enclosure. Cables can be introduced through knockouts for installation pipes located on all four sides of the enclosure, providing great flexibility during installation. The set includes a flush-mounted rear box, a removable frame with a DIN rail and a front cover with a cutout.

Safety and compliance with standards

The Easy9 EU enclosure meets high safety standards, confirmed by certificates and compliance with IEC standards. It has a protection degree of IP40 with the door closed, protecting against access to dangerous elements and protecting against contamination. Opening the door reduces the degree of protection to IP30. Additionally, the enclosure is characterized by impact resistance IK07 (according to IEC 62262) and insulation class II (double insulation). The material used is flame and heat resistant up to 650°C for 30 minutes (IEC 60695-2-10). The enclosure is compliant with IEC 60670-1-24.

The Easy9 EU enclosures are characterized by the following parameters: the number of rows is one, it accommodates 18 modules, its dimensions are 400 mm high, 245 mm wide and 99 mm deep. The width expressed in 18mm modules is 36, and the weight is 1.15 kg. The degree of protection with the door closed is IP40, and with the door open IP30. Impact resistance IK is IK07, insulation class is II, operating temperature is in the range of -25°C to +60°C, and storage temperature from -25°C to +70°C.
