This flush-mounted PrismaSeT XS enclosure is a solid solution for mounting modular distribution boards in electrical installations. Designed for both residential and commercial applications, it ensures safe and organized placement of electrical components. The plastic construction guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage, and the IP40 protection degree protects against the ingress of solid objects larger than 1mm.

Construction and mounting – well-thought-out solutions for professionals

The enclosure is adapted for flush mounting, allowing it to be aesthetically integrated into the interior design. The interior has been designed with installers in mind – 3 rows of 18 modules (a total of 54 modules) allow for flexible configuration of the distribution board. Removable DIN rails facilitate wiring and subsequent maintenance. Additionally, the cable entry plates (top and bottom) allow for free routing of cables or pipes. The set also includes elements to facilitate circuit identification: 3 identification labels with covers and a blanking plate. The earthing terminal block offers as many as 32 outputs (4x(4x16mm² + 4x10mm²)), and the neutral terminal block 24 outputs (3x(4x16mm² + 4x10mm²)).

Safety and compliance with standards – reliable operation

The enclosure meets the requirements of IEC 60670-1 and 24 and IEC 61439-1 and 3 standards, which guarantees its safety and reliability. Made of high flame-retardant technoplastic (insulation class II, operating temperature from -25°C to 60°C), it provides protection against the effects of short circuits and overloads. The IK09 impact resistance rating confirms resistance to mechanical impacts. The rated current ln up to 125A and the rated insulation voltage Ui 400V make the enclosure suitable for most standard electrical installations.
