Universal sealing compound for electrical and telecommunication installations

Anticor Seal 511 is a synthetic, viscoelastic sealing compound designed to protect electrical, telecommunication installations, and cables in conduits and protective pipes. The product is characterized by high adhesion to various surfaces – concrete, ceramic, metal, and plastics – ensuring a durable and reliable seal. Its plasticity guarantees no hardening during use, maintaining its properties for a long period.

Application and benefits

Anticor Seal 511 finds wide application in both external and underground installations. It is ideal for sealing electrical boxes, cable and pipe penetrations, protecting against moisture and water under pressure. Additionally, it provides anti-corrosion protection for metal elements. Thanks to its dielectric properties, it can be used in installations up to 1000V. It is worth noting that the product does not contain harmful substances to health and the environment – it has a certificate from the State Hygiene Institute.

Technical characteristics and application tips

Anticor Seal 511 is a product with a density of 1.46 kg/dm³ and a dielectric strength of 7.2 kV/mm. To achieve optimal application results, it is recommended to heat the cartridge with the compound to a temperature of 30-40°C before use – this will facilitate its spreading. The product is resistant to temperatures in the range of -15°C to +50°C. It should be stored in a dry place, in its original packaging, at a temperature of up to 25°C. The cartridge capacity is 310 ml.
