The CCAS-PW2 ventilation panel is a compact solution designed specifically for 19-inch wall-mount RACK cabinets, ensuring effective air circulation in IT and telecommunications systems. Equipped with two high-performance fans, it guarantees optimal heat dissipation from inside the enclosure, protecting sensitive electronic equipment from overheating.

Design and compatibility

The device was developed with the CCSS series wall-mount cabinets in mind, particularly the CCSS-0606 models in 24U and 42U configurations. The standard 600x600 mm size allows for seamless installation in typical rack cabinets, eliminating the need for additional structural modifications.

The panel is equipped with a roof fan that utilizes natural convection of warm air—hot air rises toward the top, where it is actively sucked in and exhausted out of the enclosure. This layout significantly improves cooling efficiency compared to traditional side-mounted solutions.

The design based on two independent fans ensures high system reliability—the failure of one does not cause a total loss of cooling function.
