RJ45 Cat 6A Connection Module – Reliable Network Connections
This Class EA connection module, designed for Cat6a (and lower) twisted pair cabling, is a key element in building modern network infrastructure. It enables quick and reliable connection of two network cables, offering a bandwidth of up to 10 Gb/s while maintaining a compact size. It is ideally suited for both internal installations and cable ducts.
Installation and application – saving time and space
The module is distinguished by its simple installation – it does not require the use of specialized tools, which significantly speeds up the work of installers. This makes it an excellent solution when creating end-to-end connections, consolidation points and expanding existing structured cabling sections. The solid die-cast zinc construction ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Mounting brackets or cable tie mounts further stabilize the connection, minimizing the risk of data transmission interruptions.
Technology and standards – performance and compatibility
The module has been designed with demanding applications in mind, supporting PoE and PoE Plus standards (IEEE802.3af/at), allowing network devices to be powered directly through the Ethernet cable. Full 360° shielding (STP) minimizes electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable data transmission even in environments with high noise levels. Compliance with ISO/IEC 11801-1/2:2017 and EN 50173-1/2:2018 standards ensures high quality and reliability. It supports cables with a diameter of up to 8.5 mm and conductors with a cross-section of 26-22 AWG. Made of high-quality materials, including zinc alloy and gold-plated contacts (50 µm), it guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation for at least 25 years (CCS® system warranty).
