Ion exchange technology in water demineralization

The SureFill EVO demineralization unit utilizes ion exchange technology to effectively remove calcium and magnesium ions responsible for scale formation.

Design and operating parameters

The device features a compact design with dimensions of 60 cm length and 20 cm diameter, facilitating installation in various locations within the system. The standard 3/4" external thread connection ensures universal compatibility with most heating systems.

The unit operates within a supply pressure range of 3-4.5 bar, achieving a flow rate of approximately 10 liters per minute. Maximum operating parameters are 8 bar pressure and 60°C temperature, allowing for safe operation in typical heating installations.

At a hardness of 14°dH, one cartridge enables the production of approximately 500 liters of demineralized water.

The main advantage of the device is the effective prevention of scale buildup throughout the heating system, which directly translates into a significant extension of the installation's lifespan. Reducing scale decreases heat loss and the risk of boiler and heat exchanger failures.

An intuitive visual indicator informs about the cartridge depletion level, eliminating the need for complex measurements or chemical parameter checks. Simple operation consists of direct filling via the cartridge, which shortens installation and servicing time.

The device operates without the need to connect to an external power source, simplifying installation and eliminating electricity costs. Additionally, it does not require the use of chemical agents.

SureFill EVO meets the requirements of the most important industry standards - VDI 2035 (German standard regarding protection against corrosion and scale) and ÖNORM 5195-1 (Austrian water treatment standard).

The product is also compliant with the guidelines of leading heating system manufacturers. Once exhausted, the cartridge is easy to dispose of in accordance with environmental protection principles, without generating additional maintenance costs.
