Dynamic flushing of central heating systems with immediate flow reversal

The JetFlush Rapid+ pump is a device specifically designed for the effective cleaning of central heating systems from sludge, silt, and limescale. By working with professional cleaning chemicals from the Sentinel brand, the device restores the full thermal efficiency of the installation and significantly improves its energy efficiency.

Immediate flow reversal mechanism and operating parameters

The heart of the system is the immediate reversal of flow direction, which allows for the effective removal of even the heaviest, compacted deposits and contaminants from hard-to-reach places in the installation. This feature makes the cleaning process exceptionally efficient – traditional methods often struggle with stubborn deposits resulting from corrosion processes or the precipitation of calcium salts.

The device achieves a maximum flow rate of 90 l/min at a recirculation pressure of 1.15 bar (16.6 psi), and up to 1.8 bar (26 psi) with the valve closed. This performance allows for rapid flushing even in extensive heating systems. The maximum operating temperature of 75°C enables the full utilization of Sentinel brand chemical agents.

Compact design and practical solutions

The 41-liter tank made of LLDPE provides an adequate amount of cleaning solution for most residential installations and small commercial facilities. The entire unit is housed in a compact enclosure measuring 91×39×58 cm, which, combined with transport wheels and a built-in handle, guarantees easy movement between rooms.

The single-phase 230V/50Hz motor with a power of 2000W (3.0 A) ensures reliable operation on standard household power supply. The construction meets the requirements of IP55 protection class, protecting the device from dust and moisture during operation in various environmental conditions.

Versatility of applications and optional equipment

The device also serves as a convenient dosing point for inhibitors such as Sentinel X100 and X500 – after the cleaning process, protective agents against the re-deposition of limescale and corrosion can be easily added.

The built-in fresh water flushing function allows for the effective rinsing of all contaminants directly into the drain, completely eliminating the risk of their return to the system circuit. This is a key function for maintaining the results of the performed cleaning.

The system can be equipped with an optional thermostatic heater, which raises the temperature of the cleaning solution to 50°C – particularly useful when the boiler or heat pump is not operating during the summer season. Additionally, separating magnets (1 or 2 pieces) are available, mounted directly in the tank, which capture magnetic particles preventing their recirculation in the system.

The complete set includes all necessary components: flexible delivery and return hoses (5 m each), a drain hose (8 m), an overflow hose (3 m), and a magnetic filter – ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional accessories.
