Condensate neutralization for heating boilers

Sanineutral is a compact device designed for neutralizing acidic condensate generated in condensing boilers. Its main function is to protect the sewage system, septic tank or wastewater treatment plant from the negative impact of acidic condensate. The device operates on the principle of gravitational flow of condensate through a neutralizing bed, eliminating the need for a pump. This solution works well both in new installations and during the modernization of existing heating systems.

Construction and application

Sanineutral has been designed with ease of installation and maintenance in mind. Two inlets – top (through the cover) and side – provide flexibility in connecting pipes with a diameter of 40 mm (with a 32 mm option). The possibility of wall or floor mounting allows the device to be adapted to the specifics of the boiler room. The transparent housing facilitates visual control of the level of the neutralizing bed, and the removable cover allows for quick replacement of the granules without disconnecting the pipes. It is supplied with neutralizing granules, ready for use immediately after installation.

The device is compatible with gas boilers with a power of up to 50 kW and oil boilers up to 35 kW. It can be used independently or in combination with Sanicondens Mini and Plus pumps – in this case, Sanineutral should be installed as the first element of the condensate drainage system.
