The valve is designed for use in water and gas installations where reliable protection against backflow of the medium is required. It operates correctly in any position — vertical, horizontal, or inclined — eliminating installation constraints and facilitating integration into complex systems.

The body is made of brass, and the closing mechanism is based on a double-guided disc — axial and lateral — assisted by a stainless steel spring. This solution ensures repeatable and quiet closure without generating hydraulic shocks, even under varying flow conditions.

Two test ports with DN 1/4” plugs are an integral part of the design. One is used to verify the tightness of the closure: after isolating the flow upstream of the valve and draining the section between the shut-off valve and this check valve, the absence of leakage confirms proper operation. The second port allows draining water from the installation downstream of the valve — useful during maintenance or emergency draining.

The maximum working pressure for water is 10 bar. The permissible operating temperature ranges from -10°C to +80°C. The internal threaded connection (BSP) complies with ISO 228 and NF E 03-005 — ensuring compatibility with standard installation components.

Dimensions: length 150 mm, internal thread diameter 66 mm, external diameter 76 mm, weight 2.000 kg. The seal is made of EPDM — a material with high resistance to temperature and water exposure, ensuring long-term tightness under standard operating conditions.
