Three-phase hybrid inverter with 3 MPPT and built-in DC disconnect
This solution enables full energy management from a photovoltaic installation—both in grid-tied (on-grid) and off-grid modes. The inverter serves as the heart of the PowerAll system, integrating PV generation with battery storage via BTS 5K units, allowing excess energy to be used during evening or nighttime hours without requiring an additional BDU module.
The built-in DC disconnect simplifies rapid and safe disconnection of PV panels during servicing or faults—no additional protective components are needed. Each of the three MPPTs supports up to 20 A input current and operates within a voltage range of 160 to 950 Vdc, enabling flexible array configurations—such as different orientations or tilt angles—without performance losses. The integrated AFCI system is enabled by default and automatically detects DC arc faults, instantly interrupting current flow to significantly reduce fire risk.
Reliability in harsh conditions and silent operation
The inverter features an IP66 protection rating and AC III / DC II overvoltage category, ensuring resistance to dust, water, surges, and weather conditions—ideal for outdoor installation. Cooling is passive, with no fans, resulting in silent operation—perfect for homes and commercial facilities located near residential areas. It operates in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +60°C; above +45°C, it automatically derates nominal power to ensure long-term stability.
Flexible expansion and complete energy control
The system supports connection of 1 to 6 BTS 5K batteries, providing a total capacity range of 5 kWh to 30 kWh per inverter. Multiple inverters can be connected in parallel—system capacity can reach up to 180 kWh. Users can set charging and discharging schedules—ideal for time-of-use tariffs such as G12. The export limit to the grid can be configured: from minimal to maximum—controlled via the LCD interface or mobile app.
The integrated EMS (Energy Management System) optimizes energy flow between PV, battery, and household loads—maximizing self-consumption and reducing electricity bills. European efficiency is 97.8%, with maximum MPPT efficiency at 99.9%. The inverter supports unbalanced three-phase loads (up to 100%), making it essential for operation with diverse industrial or residential appliances.
