Advanced inverter for large photovoltaic installations

The three-phase SOFAR 110KTLX-G4 inverter is a device designed to handle large, industrial PV systems with maximum efficiency and minimal losses. It achieves up to 99% conversion efficiency, which directly translates to a higher amount of generated energy – every additional percentage point means a real increase in the installation's profitability.

It features 10 independent MPPT trackers, allowing for optimization of module operation even under shading conditions or with diverse panel orientations. There is no need to install additional fuse boxes – the high DC current and wide voltage range (180–1000 V) eliminate the need for overcurrent protection on the DC side.

Construction and resistance to external conditions

Designed for operation in extreme conditions, it has an IP66 protection class enclosure and a C5 certificate, meaning resistance to dust, moisture, corrosion, and aggressive industrial environments. Active cooling ensures stable operation even at full load in high temperatures – there are no production interruptions due to overheating.

The built-in DC disconnector facilitates service and safety – there is no need to install an additional isolator. Both sides – DC and AC – are protected by Type II surge protection, meeting safety requirements for commercial installations.

Integration and monitoring

Data access is immediate: WLAN, LAN (via dongle), RS485, and Bluetooth allow connection to any energy management system. You can monitor operation via a mobile app or web platform – alarms, production charts, and diagnostics are available in real-time. Additionally, the U-I Kennlinien-Scan function allows for quick diagnosis of module issues without the need for an on-site visit.

Dimensions of 970 x 695 x 325 mm and a weight of 75 kg mean that installation can be performed by standard installation teams – it does not require specialized equipment or a foundation. The modular construction allows for easy system expansion – another such inverter can be added without changing the infrastructure.

All of this operates within IEC and UL standards – the device meets international safety requirements for commercial installations.
