This device is designed for medium- to large-scale photovoltaic installations—from large residential homes to commercial and industrial facilities. It operates in on-grid mode, synchronizing with the electrical grid by converting DC current from solar panels into AC current for on-site consumption. Its robust design enables both indoor and outdoor installation, thanks to its IP65 protection rating, which ensures resistance to dust, water, and harsh weather conditions.

The integrated dual MPPT trackers allow independent optimization of two separate string sections—for example, when one section is partially shaded or oriented differently from the other. Each tracker operates autonomously to maximize overall system yield. The wide DC input voltage range (160 V to 1100 V) offers flexible string configuration, while the full MPPT operating range (420–850 V) ensures stable performance under varying light conditions. The maximum DC input power of 22.5 kWp provides headroom for future system expansions.

Maximum efficiency reaches 98.6%, with European efficiency at 98.2%, meaning nearly all energy generated by the panels is converted into usable electricity with minimal thermal losses. The inverter supports continuous overload up to 110% of rated power—ideal for handling short-term energy production peaks. An integrated DC disconnect switch simplifies maintenance and servicing by allowing safe isolation without disconnecting the solar panels.

Communication is supported via RS485, LAN, and WLAN (with built-in Wi-Fi module). Remote monitoring through the SOFAR app or portal enables real-time performance tracking, fault alerts, and remote firmware updates. Built-in Bluetooth facilitates rapid on-site diagnostics.

Comprehensive protection features include integrated Type II SPD (surge protection) on both DC and AC sides, PV string fault monitoring, reverse polarity protection, earth fault protection, and overtemperature shutdown. Active cooling via a fan maintains stable operating temperatures even in ambient conditions ranging from -30°C to +60°C.

The inverter features a transformerless topology, reducing weight and energy losses. Dimensions are 520 x 430 x 189 mm, with a weight of approximately 20–22 kg, enabling installation without specialized equipment. Noise levels remain below 40 dB, ensuring unobtrusive operation near residential areas.

A 12-year warranty confirms high component quality and design reliability. Compliant with CE and international grid standards (VDE-AR-N 4105, CEI 0-21, EN50549, etc.), it guarantees legal grid connection throughout the EU.
