This device is designed for large photovoltaic installations—both commercial and industrial—where stable, high-efficiency energy conversion is required. The nominal power of 30 kW is tailored for systems with a recommended input power up to 45 kWp, enabling flexible configuration with multiple modules. Three independent Maximum Power Point Trackers (MPPT) optimize energy production even under uneven irradiation across different strings. Each MPPT supports an input voltage range of 180 V to 1000 V, with a startup voltage of 200 V, ensuring early system activation under low-light conditions. The maximum DC input current is 40 A per channel, with a short-circuit current tolerance up to 50 A—allowing connection of modern modules with power exceeding 500 W.

Maximum efficiency reaches 98.6%, while the weighted European efficiency is 98.2%, resulting in minimal conversion losses and high investment return. THDi below 3% guarantees a clean output waveform—critical for operation on grids with limited capacity or when connecting sensitive equipment.

The inverter features a built-in DC disconnect and Type II SPD protection on both DC and AC sides, meeting outdoor installation safety standards. Automatic protections include reverse polarity, islanding, lack of grounding, and residual current detection. PV string fault monitoring enables rapid identification of faulty modules or wiring without requiring physical inspection.

Standard communication includes RS485, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi—no additional dongles required. Optional Ethernet integration allows seamless connection to energy management systems (EMS), local controllers, or remote monitoring platforms. Data is accessible via the SOFAR app and web portal, eliminating the need for physical access to the device.

The housing, constructed from aluminum and stainless steel, has an IP65 protection rating—resistant to dust, moisture, and rain. It can be mounted on building walls or outdoors without additional enclosures. Operating temperature range: -30°C to +60°C—ensuring reliable performance even under extreme climatic conditions.

Dimensions: 585 x 480 x 220 mm; weight: 36 kg—a compact unit for a 30 kW system. Nighttime self-consumption: less than 3 W—minimal impact on system energy balance.
