Design and Operating Principle

The key to the heater’s efficiency is the closed combustion chamber and PREMIX burner. This burner ensures precise mixing of air and gas, resulting in complete combustion and minimal carbon monoxide (CO) emissions. Additionally, the device’s design eliminates heat loss through the casing, maximizing energy utilization. A powerful forced-air fan combined with adjustable air inlet shutters ensures even distribution of warm air throughout the heated space. The heater can be mounted both vertically and horizontally, increasing installation flexibility.

Performance and Operating Parameters

The RAPID PRO LRP102 offers a wide heating power range—from 50 kW to 91 kW—allowing precise adaptation to the specific heating requirements of the facility. High efficiency (up to 96.4%) translates to low gas consumption, and thanks to modulating technology, power can be smoothly regulated starting from 20%. The device features a high air flow rate of 7900 m³/h and a significant air stream reach—up to 31 meters horizontally and 10 meters vertically. This ensures rapid and uniform heat distribution across the entire space.

The heater’s operating parameters allow optimal matching to requirements: heating power from 50 to 91 kW, air flow rate of 7900 m³/h, and efficiency up to 96.4%. Gas consumption for G20 can reach up to 10.6 m³/h, and for LPG—up to 8.6 kg/h. The air stream reach is 31 meters horizontally and 10 meters vertically, with a gas connection diameter of ¾ inch.

The heater is equipped with safety systems, including flame failure protection and overheating thermostat, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Connection to a wall-mounted RAPID PRO controller with thermostat or a programmable SMART WEB/EASY controller enables precise temperature control and automatic device regulation.
