Properties and application

The sealant is characterized by excellent adhesion to porous materials such as gypsum and cement plasters, concrete, stone, wood and gypsum fiberboards. This makes it ideal for jointing connections between walls and ceilings, filling gaps and cracks in brickwork or concrete, as well as caulking skirting boards and door frames. It can also be used to seal building joints with slight movement – up to 15%. Importantly, after curing, the sealant can be painted with most available paints without the risk of discoloration.

Technical characteristics and additional information

The acrylic sealant is easy to apply with both a manual and pneumatic gun. After curing, it maintains flexibility in the temperature range from -20°C to +80°C. Skin formation time is approximately 20 minutes (at 23°C and 50% relative humidity). The product does not cause corrosion of metals and is safe to use in residential premises. It is important to remember to clean and dry the substrate before application and to protect the joint edges with masking tape for a precise effect. After finishing work, tools should be washed with water.
