Cooling and Lubricating Oil for Metal Machining

A preparation designed for cooling and lubricating cutting and drilling tools during cutting, drilling, grinding, milling, threading, and turning operations. It reduces friction between the tool and the workpiece, directly extending the service life of drill bits, end mills, and other tools. It protects both the tool and the machined metal from overheating—especially when working with aluminum, steel, copper, or brass.

Does not produce mist during use—thanks to its special consistency, it does not splash onto surrounding surfaces or contaminate the work environment. This is a key advantage during prolonged machining operations, where other preparations might cause oil atomization and pose health risks.

Construction and Application

The valve in the bottle enables application in any position—even from below or the side—without risk of losing propellant gas. This significantly facilitates work in hard-to-reach areas where traditional sprays do not function properly. It is silicone-free, so it does not interfere with subsequent bonding or painting processes. It is non-corrosive—safe for stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.

Operates effectively at temperatures up to 300 °C. Not suitable for wood, plastic, paper, gas, or drinking water—it is dedicated exclusively to metal machining. The value of 25 °C given as the recommended temperature is a reference point for optimal atomization; it does not indicate a thermal limitation of the product itself.
