Winter-Condition Gun Foam, 750 ml – Yellow, Polyurethane

This foam performs stably at temperatures down to -10°C, making it suitable for winter use when standard products lose effectiveness. Its low-expansion formula does not damage delicate PVC profiles or other sensitive materials – ideal for installing windows and doors with colored or multi-chamber profiles.

The Duravall valve ensures complete bottle sealing – no leakage, no pressure loss even after multiple work interruptions. You can finish the installation, set aside the gun, and return the next day: the foam remains ready for further use.

Cures in approximately 60 minutes at a 3 cm layer – no long wait required before further processing. Adheres well to wood, concrete, brick, aluminum, PVC, and even painted surfaces. Water-resistant – after 24 hours, water absorption is below 1 kg/m².

Yield is approximately 45 liters per 1000 ml of foam – meaning one 750 ml bottle is sufficient for many small and medium applications. Dimensional stability after curing is approximately 3%, ensuring minimal deformation and no stress in joints.

Intended for:

• installation and sealing of window and door frames
• filling pipe penetrations and utility passages in walls and ceilings
• thermal and acoustic insulation of sills, thresholds, and shutters
• sealing bathroom fixtures, bathtubs, and shower trays
• thermal insulation of roofs and frame structures

Not suitable for application at temperatures below -10°C or above +30°C. After curing, it withstands temperatures from -40°C to +100°C.
