High-capacity 870 ml mounting foam is a solution dedicated to installers requiring high performance and end-users seeking effective thermal insulation. Thanks to a special "winter" formula, the material maintains its application properties even at ambient temperatures dropping to -10°C, allowing for finishing and installation work during the autumn-winter period without the need to heat rooms. The high density and stable structure of polyurethane (PUR) foam ensure not only tightness but also significant reduction of noise and heat loss in buildings.

Innovative mounting system and technical reliability

The key element of this product is the unique Click & Fix mounting system. Instead of a traditional thread, the can is equipped with a bayonet connector which, after a 1/4 turn, locks into a special nozzle seat. This mechanism eliminates the risk of the can loosening during work under pressure and significantly speeds up container replacement on site. An additional advantage is the use of the Duravall valve, which guarantees the tightness of the packaging throughout its shelf life. As a result, the propellant gas does not escape, and the foam consistency remains constant – from the first to the last portion.

The material is distinguished by high insulation parameters confirmed by tests: the thermal conductivity coefficient is as low as 0.035 W/m*K, translating into effective thermal insulation, while acoustic insulation reaches 58 dB, ensuring a quieter environment inside the building. After curing, the foam maintains stability in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +100°C. One can can yield up to 70 liters of ready foam, making it a very economical choice for large sealing areas.

Application in construction and installations

The material features excellent adhesion to a wide spectrum of building substrates, making it a universal tool in the hands of a professional. The foam effectively bonds with:

• Brick, concrete, and natural stone walls;
• Wood and frame structures;
• PVC and aluminum surfaces (including powder-coated ones);
• Glazed materials and plasters.

Due to low expansion, the product is ideal for installing delicate elements such as window and door frames, without causing deformation due to the foam's expansion force. It is also recommended for filling pipe and cable penetrations, sealing sills and shutters, and insulating sanitary installations (bathroom fixtures, water and sewage pipes). The cutting time for a 3 cm thick layer is approximately 30 minutes under standard conditions (20°C), allowing for quick continuation of finishing work without long downtimes.

Please note that the product requires the use of a specialized SOUDAL gun with the Click & Fix system – standard applicators are not compatible with this type of can. Storage should be in a dry place at a temperature from +5°C to +25°C, which guarantees the preservation of properties for 24 months from the date of production. After curing, the foam forms an elastic structure resistant to shear (≥ 47 kPa) and tension (≥ 75 kPa), ensuring the durability of connections even under dynamic structural loads. The yellow color of the foam facilitates visual quality control of gap filling before it cures.
