Maxi gun foam 870ml / for -10°C 115140

Winter mounting foam that works even at -10°C

Low-expansion polyurethane foam designed for winter conditions – ideal when temperatures drop below zero and work cannot wait. Thanks to its special formula, it retains performance and adhesion even at low temperatures, allowing you to continue installing doors, windows, or sealing pipe penetrations without interruptions.

Precise operation with no material waste

The Duravall valve ensures complete packaging integrity – after each use, the foam remains in the bottle without pressure loss. You can pause work and resume it a day or even a week later; there is no need to finish the entire can at once. Application is precise, with no leaks or excessive expansion – crucial when working in tight gaps or installing delicate components.

High yield and stable structure after curing

From 870 ml of foam, you obtain up to 70 liters of cured material – more than most standard products. Once hardened, it forms a stable, homogeneous structure with a density of approximately 20 kg/m³. No air bubbles or cracks form – essential for the durability of the seal.

Professional-grade thermal and acoustic insulation

A thermal conductivity coefficient (λ) of 0.035 W/m·K ensures effective thermal insulation – ideal for insulating attics, roofs, or walls. Acoustic insulation (RST,w = 58 dB) effectively dampens noise passing through gaps – perfect for window sills, stair steps, or partition walls.

Adhesion to most construction substrates

Adheres to concrete, brick, wood, aluminum, PVC, and even powder-coated surfaces. No special substrate preparation is required – simply clean off dust and moisture. After curing, it is resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +100°C and does not absorb water (less than 1 kg/m²).

When is it worth choosing?

  • Installing window and door frames in winter
  • Sealing window sills, shutters, and stair steps
  • Filling cable and pipe penetrations
  • Thermal insulation of water and sewage installations
  • Roofing work or timber frame constructions
  • Winter construction work – where other foams no longer function

The yellow packaging color facilitates product identification on the job site. The 870 ml can is an optimal size for professionals – large enough for substantial work volumes, yet not too heavy to hold for extended periods.
