Mixing nozzle for chemical anchors

The nozzle is designed for precise dispensing of chemical adhesive into holes where uniform and deep mixing of components is required. Its construction enables controlled extrusion of the mass from the anchor, minimizing air bubbles and ensuring complete filling of the space between the anchor and the hole wall.

Made from a material resistant to chemical action, it does not degrade under the influence of adhesive components – guaranteeing stable performance even with repeated use. A length of 210 mm allows reaching the bottom of deep holes, while dimensions of 20×20 mm enable easy insertion into standard dispensers and chemical anchor guns.

During installation, no additional tools are required – simply insert it directly into the device holder. A weight of 0.2 kg indicates lightness and ease of handling, especially during prolonged work. Manufactured in Belgium, the nozzle meets the quality standards applied by the manufacturer SOUDAL.

Primarily used with SOUDAL Pro chemical adhesive systems, but compatible with other solutions featuring a similar outlet diameter. No cleaning is required after each use – a short rinse with solvent is sufficient if adhesive residues have not been fully consumed.
