Properties and application

The sealant based on bituminous elastomers is designed for repairing typical roof coverings, sealing roofing flashings, and repairing gutters and downpipes. It can be used even on slightly damp surfaces, which is particularly useful during emergency repairs. Additionally, it does not react with polystyrene, which increases the scope of its applications. It also works perfectly as an adhesive for roofing felt, enabling quick and durable cold bonding. Thanks to its resistance to UV radiation and temperatures ranging from -35°C to +130°C, the sealant retains its properties for a long time, providing reliable protection against moisture and damage.

Technical characteristics and additional information

The sealant is characterized by high elasticity and permissible deformation up to 10%, which allows it to compensate for substrate movements without loss of tightness. Its density is 1.10 g/cm³, and the skin formation time is approximately 20 minutes (at 20°C/65% RH). The product is available in black color in a 280 ml package. It should be stored in a dry and cool place, at a temperature of +5°C to +25°C for up to 12 months. Before use, make sure that the substrate is clean and free of grease and dirt – although the sealant can be applied to slightly damp surfaces.
