Shaft liner foam 750ml 119963
Universal foam for sealing and mounting concrete structures
This product is a high-quality, one-component polyurethane foam designed for a wide range of applications in construction and installations. It is ideal for both construction and renovation work, offering reliable sealing and durable connection of elements. The foam has been specially developed for use with manhole rings, inspection chambers, communication channels and all types of concrete structures.
Properties and benefits
The foam is characterized by increased resistance to organic pollutants - sewage, fungi or mold - making it an ideal choice for environments with high humidity and exposed to chemicals. It provides excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, prefabricated materials, PVC, metals and wood. This ensures stable and long-lasting connections.
It is also worth appreciating its high mechanical strength - resistance to compression and tension - guaranteeing the stability of seals even in difficult conditions. Short curing time allows for rapid progress of work - after one hour, the elements can be further processed. The product is supplied in a convenient gun type packaging, equipped with a patented Genius Gun applicator, which allows for multiple uses without the risk of blocking the valve. This saves time and money! The applicator provides precise foam dispensing, comfortable operation even with one hand and minimizes material waste.
Applications
The foam finds application in many areas:
- Sealing connections of manhole rings, shafts, inspection chambers and communication channels.
- Sealing prefabricated elements in building structures.
- Thermal insulation of elements of central heating and water supply installations.
- Filling pipe penetrations and installation passages in walls and ceilings.
- Mounting structural elements made of concrete or other building materials.
- Acoustic insulation of structural elements (reduction of noise transmission).
Remember about the appropriate application temperature - from +5°C to +30°C - to ensure optimal foam properties after curing. After curing, the foam is resistant to temperatures from -40°C to +100°C. Water absorption below 0.13 kg/m2 provides effective protection against moisture.
