The hydraulic part of the STAIRS SP-25-21-M4 submersible pump is an advanced device designed for the most demanding groundwater pumping tasks. Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, it guarantees long-term and trouble-free operation in demanding installations.

High-quality construction and materials

The solid construction based on AISI 304 stainless steels provides exceptional resistance to corrosion and abrasion. All key elements - the pump housing, discharge and suction ports, cable cover, impeller hubs, impellers, and the pump shaft - are made of the same high-grade material. Additionally, the check valve located in the discharge port protects the installation against unwanted backflow and minimizes the risk of water hammer.

The system utilizes a stainless steel shaft coupling, a carbon/graphite/PTFE shaft sleeve, and an NBR plain bearing, which ensure smooth operation and long service life. The NEMA standard guarantees compatibility with a wide range of electric motors.

Operating parameters and efficiency

The pump achieves a maximum flow rate of 100 l/min (6.6 m³/h) at a maximum head of 134 m. Twenty-one hydraulic stages allow for generating high pressure while maintaining a stable operating characteristic. The device is adapted for working with a medium at a temperature up to 30°C and a sand content up to 50 g/m³.

The outer diameter is a standard 4" (98 mm), and the hydraulic height is 608 mm. The total mass is only 5.3 kg, which facilitates installation and servicing. The discharge connection is made as an internal thread 6/4", ensuring installation versatility.

Drinking water supply systems from deep and dug wells include private homes, plots, industrial plants, and farms requiring an uninterrupted water supply. Municipal and industrial waterworks use these pumps for pressure boosting and stable medium delivery. Irrigation installations for agricultural crops and fire extinguishing systems constitute further areas of application for this solution.

The design is adapted for continuous operation, offering high hydraulic efficiency while maintaining resistance to sand infiltration in the medium. The NEMA standard enables easy matching of an appropriate electric motor with a power of up to 2.2 kW with single-phase 230V or three-phase 400V power supply.
