STAIRS SP-70 is a 4" diameter submersible pump hydraulic assembly, designed for professional groundwater pumping in the most difficult conditions. The AISI 304 stainless steel construction guarantees long-term resistance to corrosion and abrasion, making it an ideal solution for installers working with waters of varying parameters.

Construction and corrosion-resistant materials

The solid construction based on high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel ensures exceptional durability in corrosive environments. All key components - the pump housing, discharge and suction ports, cable cover, impeller hubs, impeller, and pump shaft - are made of the same material, eliminating the risk of electrochemical potential differences.

Additionally, advanced composite materials are used: the shaft bushing made of a carbon/graphite/PTFE mixture ensures minimal friction while maintaining abrasion resistance, and the NBR plain bearing guarantees long-term operation without the need for lubrication. The check valve located in the discharge port protects the installation from the effects of water hammer.

Operating parameters and hydraulic efficiency

The pump achieves a maximum capacity of 300 l/min at a head of up to 80 meters, allowing for efficient pumping from deep wells and boreholes. The device is adapted to work with a 4.0 kW motor, ensuring an optimal ratio of energy consumption to achieved efficiency.

The design is intended for a medium with a temperature up to 30°C and a sand content of up to 50 g/m³, making it suitable for most natural groundwater sources. The NEMA standard guarantees compatibility with a wide range of electric motors available on the market.
