Construction and user features

The block body is made of durable polyamide PA, which guarantees its resistance to mechanical damage and long-term operation. Terminals made of nickel-plated brass ensure excellent electrical contact and minimize the risk of corrosion. A transparent flap allows for quick and easy visual inspection of the connection status without the need for disassembly. The block can be mounted on a standard TH35 rail or directly to the plate using two screws – this is a great convenience during installation in various conditions. The ability to connect wires with and without insulated ends increases its versatility.

Electrical parameters and scope of application

The LBR-4x15 distribution block is characterized by high electrical parameters: rated current of 125A at 40°C, short-circuit current 4.5kA and peak short-circuit current 20kA. The rated insulation voltage is 500V AC. It allows connecting wires with cross-sections from 2.5 mm² to 35 mm², making it suitable for various applications in electrical installations. The terminals are available in three sizes: 11x Ø5.3mm², 2x Ø7.5mm² and 2x Ø9.0mm². Compliance with EN60947-1 standard confirms its high level of safety and quality of workmanship.

The block allows connection of wires with cross-sections from 2.5 mm² to 6 mm², from 10 mm² to 25 mm² and from 10 mm² to 35 mm². Electrical parameters include a rated current of 125A at a temperature of 40°C, a short-circuit current of 4.5kA and a peak short-circuit current of 20kA. The rated insulation voltage is 500V AC.

The dimensions of the block are 132 x 45 x 87 mm. The color of the housing is blue.
