The LiYCY control cable is a reliable solution for transmitting signals in control, signaling, monitoring systems, as well as in computer and measurement installations. Thanks to the screen, it provides protection against electromagnetic interference, guaranteeing stable operation of devices. Its flexibility and mechanical strength make it ideal for both fixed installations and movable connections inside buildings.

Construction and application

This cable consists of flexible, stranded copper conductors, insulated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in various colors according to DIN VDE 47100. The conductors are twisted into a core, which is additionally wrapped with a polyester tape for reinforcement. A key element is the screen in the form of a braid of tinned copper wires, which minimizes the impact of external interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable coating of PVC with a gray RAL 7001 color. The LiYCY cable is used in industrial electronics, automation and wherever reliable transmission of digital and analog signals is required.

This particular model has 16 conductors with a cross-section of 0.14 mm², making it suitable for more complex control systems requiring a larger number of signal wires. It is important to check the permissible load of the cable before connecting powered receivers.
