Their construction based on soft, twisted copper strands provides high flexibility, making installation easier even in tight spaces. Insulation of the strands with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) guarantees safe use, and the coating with the same material protects the cable against mechanical damage and external factors. This cable is ideal for powering small receivers and transmitting analog and digital signals.

Technical specifications

The LiYY 2x0.25 cable has a strand cross-section of 0.25 mm² and two strands. It is designed to operate at a voltage of Uo/U 350/500 V and an ambient temperature of -30°C to +80°C (fixed installation) or -5°C to +70°C (movable installations). The insulation resistance is 20 MΩ x km, and the capacitance at 800Hz is 0.14mm2 120pF/m for strand/strand with a cross-section of 0.14mm². The voltage test is 1200 V for strands with a cross-section below 0.14mm² and 1500 V for strands with a cross-section above 0.14mm². The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 3.3 mm.
