Fire resistance and material properties

The cable (N)HXH-J FE180 PH90/E90 0,6/1 kV exhibits high resistance to flame spread, very low smoke emission, and the absence of corrosive gases during combustion. Both the conductor insulation and the outer sheath are made from halogen-free materials, complying with strict fire safety standards. This minimizes risks to human health and life in the event of a fire. The use of HFFR (Halogen Free Flame Retardant) materials with HM4 properties according to PN-HD 604 S1 ensures additional safety.

Construction and application

The cable consists of four copper conductors, each with a cross-section of 16 mm², insulated with a special cross-linked silicone rubber. The conductors are layered and twisted around a central core, with the entire assembly enclosed in a halogen-free filling layer. The outer sheath is made of HFFR material in orange color, facilitating easy identification. It is designed for permanent installation indoors and outdoors, as well as underground (with appropriate moisture protection). The cable is UV-resistant, enhancing its durability in outdoor conditions.
