Fire-resistant power cable – safety and reliability in critical installations
This 2x25 mm² power cable is designed for installations where maintaining power continuity in the event of a fire is crucial. Made of high-quality materials, it meets stringent safety standards and provides reliable protection for people and property. Intended for use in public buildings, shopping centers, hospitals and other facilities with increased fire protection requirements.
Protection in emergency situations
The NHXH FE180 PH90/E90 cable maintains electrical functionality for 90 minutes in fire conditions, which is crucial for maintaining the operation of fire protection systems, emergency lighting and other devices necessary to ensure safety during evacuation. Because the cable does not spread flames, emits minimal smoke and non-toxic gases, it minimizes the risk of poisoning and facilitates rescue operations.
Construction and application
This cable is ideal for permanent internal and external installations. Made of soft copper wires (according to PN-EN 60228), it has insulation made of cross-linked halogen-free plastic. The cable jacket is made of HFFR (halogen-free) material, resistant to UV radiation. The possibility of laying in water and soil (with additional protection) increases its versatility. The orange color of the jacket makes it easier to identify the cable in the installation.
- Fire resistance: Certificate of Conformity and PIB Approval Certificate in Józefów guarantee the highest level of safety.
- Halogen-free: The absence of halogens in the composition means no toxic gases during combustion – important for protecting health and the environment.
- Wide application: Ideal for public buildings, shopping centers, hospitals, subway tunnels and other facilities with increased fire protection requirements.
- Durability: UV resistance allows the cable to be used outdoors.
- Flexibility: Soft copper wires make installation and cable routing easier.
- Ensuring continuity of operation: Maintaining electrical functionality for 90 minutes in fire conditions – crucial for safety systems.
