Construction and properties

The NHXH FE180 PH90/E90 cable consists of multi-wire copper conductors (available in a cross-section of 4 mm²), insulated with halogen-free plastic. The conductors are twisted in layers in the core, and the whole is surrounded by a filling layer also made of halogen-free material. The outer cable jacket is made of HFFR (halogen-free) plastic, providing resistance to UV radiation and minimizing the emission of toxic gases during combustion.

It is worth noting the FE180 designation – this is the fire resistance class, guaranteeing the maintenance of electrical functions for at least 180 minutes. The PH90/E90 markings indicate resistance to flames and corrosive gases for 90 minutes. Thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, the cable does not release toxic substances during a fire, which is crucial for user safety.
