This power cable, designated as NHXH-J FE180 PH90/E90 0.6/1 kV 4x25 RM, is an advanced solution designed for installations requiring a high level of fire safety. Protection in emergency situations and cable construction

TECHNOFLAME series cables are designed for facilities with increased fire safety requirements – hospitals, shopping centers, cinemas or public buildings. They provide maintenance of electrical functions of installations for 90 minutes (E90), which is crucial for the operation of evacuation systems, fire protection systems (e.g. water pumps, smoke exhaust fans) and safety lighting. The use of halogen-free materials minimizes the emission of toxic gases during combustion, increasing user safety.

The cable construction includes:

• Conductors: Made of soft copper wires (according to PN-EN 60228), providing flexibility and ease of installation.
• Insulation: Made of cross-linked halogen-free material, providing high resistance to temperature and chemical factors. Conductor colors are compliant with PN-HD 308 standard or marked with white numbers on a black background. In the NHXH-J version, the green-yellow protective conductor is located in the outer layer.
• Twisting: Insulated conductors twisted in layers to the core for better protection against electromagnetic interference.
• Filling: Filling layer made of halogen-free material provides additional insulation and cable stability.
• Outer sheath: Made of halogen-free material (HFFR) with HM4 properties according to PN-HD 604 S1, characterized by high resistance to abrasion, UV radiation and weathering. Orange color facilitates cable identification.

This cable is used in both internal and external installations (with appropriate protection against moisture). It can be used in rooms protected by fixed water extinguishing systems. It meets stringent safety standards confirmed by the Certificate of Conformity and Approval Certificate issued by the Fire Protection Research Center - PIB in Józefów.
