Fire-resistant power cable NHXH-J FE180 PH90/E90 0.6/1 kV 5x120 RM orange 0699 141 33
Fire-resistant power cable designed for installations requiring a high level of fire safety. Manufactured from high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation even under extreme conditions. This 5-core cable with a cross-section of 120 mm² is an ideal solution for installers and end-users seeking a safe and durable installation.
Fire Resistance and Safety
Cables from the TECHNOFLAME series, to which this model belongs, exhibit exceptional fire resistance. They hold a Certificate of Conformity and Approval Certificate from the Scientific and Research Center for Fire Protection – PIB in Józefów. They maintain electrical functionality for 90 minutes (PH90/E90), which is critical in emergency situations—enabling operation of evacuation, fire suppression, and emergency lighting systems. The cables do not propagate flame, emit very little smoke, and release non-toxic and non-corrosive gases.
Construction and Application
The cable is designed for permanent installation both indoors and outdoors. Its UV-resistant sheath allows operation under various weather conditions. Moisture protection enables installation in water or soil. It is used in facilities with elevated fire safety requirements: metro tunnels, hospitals, shopping centers, cinemas, theaters, stadiums, and other public buildings.
Cable construction includes:
- Conductors made of soft copper strands (compliant with PN-EN 60228),
- Insulation of cross-linked halogen-free compound—ensuring safety during fire and minimizing emission of toxic gases,
- Layered twisted insulated cores arranged in a core—providing flexibility and ease of installation,
- Halogen-free filling sheath—additional protection against fire spread,
- Outer sheath made of halogen-free material (HFFR) with HM4 properties according to PN-HD 604 S1—offering fire resistance and protection against external factors. Orange color facilitates easy identification.
