Construction and properties

The NHXHRHX-J FE180 PH90/E90 0.6/1 kV cable features an advanced construction providing its exceptional properties. It utilizes high-quality copper wires (class 2 – RM), guaranteeing good flexibility and ease of installation. The core insulation made of cross-linked halogen-free plastic ensures safety in the event of a fire, minimizing the emission of toxic gases. Additionally, the cable has a spirally wrapped galvanized steel wire armor, which acts as a shield, protecting it from mechanical damage. The outer sheath made of HFFR (halogen-free) material in orange provides additional protection and facilitates cable identification in the installation.

It is worth noting the markings FE180, PH90/E90 – they indicate the cable's fire resistance for a specific time (180 minutes for insulation durability, 90 minutes for maintaining function). It has a Certificate of Conformity and a Certificate of Approval issued by the Fire Protection Research Center - PIB in Józefów. The cable is also water-resistant according to PN-EN 50200 Annex E, allowing its use in rooms with increased humidity.
