This red HTKSHekw FE180 PH90/E30-E90 cable with a cross-section of 1.4 mm² and 14 cores is designed for use in alarm, signaling, teletransmission, and voice alarm systems (VAS). It is suitable for applications requiring reliable data and energy transmission in conditions of increased fire risk. The cable is ideal for installation in public buildings, industrial facilities, and anywhere where the safety of people and property is a priority.

Construction and properties ensuring safety

The cable is distinguished by its construction that minimizes the risk of fire spreading. Made of halogen-free materials, it does not emit toxic gases during combustion, which is crucial for user safety. It has a certificate of conformity and an approval certificate from the Fire Protection Research Center – PIB in Józefów. A common static screen effectively protects against electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable signal transmission. Additionally, the cable maintains functionality even in fire conditions – it supports data transmission and energy supply to critical devices (e.g., emergency lighting). It is resistant to water according to PN-EN 50200 Annex E, allowing its use in sprinkler zones.

Cable construction – the key to reliability

The cable consists of:

• Copper cores: made of soft strands, providing flexibility and ease of installation.
• Halogen-free insulation: the color of the core insulation complies with PN-92/T-90321.
• Twisted pairs: cores twisted in pairs, then in a center for better protection against interference.
• Static screen: laminated metal foil with an earthing conductor for effective protection against interference.
• Outer jacket: made of halogen-free (HFFR) material with high resistance to fire and external factors.

This construction guarantees long-lasting and reliable cable operation even in difficult operating conditions. It is intended for permanent internal installations.
