YnTKSYekw cable 2x2x0.8 red is a solution intended for critical fire‑protection installations, where maintaining signal transmission during a fire is a matter of life and death. It is used as a transmission and power line for detectors, line modules and auxiliary devices – such as ventilation dampers, smoke extraction systems or power‑off devices – that must operate from the moment a fire is detected.

Its construction ensures reliability even in extreme conditions. Single‑core strands of soft copper with a cross‑section of 0.8 mm² are insulated with a special PVC compound, then twisted into pairs and placed in the core. The whole assembly is protected by a static shield made of laminated metal foil together with a zinc‑plated grounding wire – effectively eliminating electrostatic interference from external electric fields. The cable jacket is made of rubberized polymer with an oxygen index above 29 %, guaranteeing non‑flammability and preventing flame spread along a single cable.

The red colour is not accidental – it is the standard identification for cables intended for fire‑safety systems, facilitating recognition during installation and service. The cable meets the requirements of the PN-EN 50575 (CPR) standard and carries an Approval Certificate and a Declaration of Conformity issued by CNBOP-PIB in Józefów – meaning it can be used legally and without restrictions in public, commercial and industrial facilities.

It operates at voltages up to 150 V AC / 2250 V DC, and its insulation has a resistance greater than 200 MΩ·km. It can be installed indoors at temperatures not lower than –5 °C. The minimum bending radius is 10 × the cable diameter (approximately 58 mm), facilitating routing in ducts and channels without risk of damage.

No special mounting equipment is required – it fits 6 mm diameter clips (UDF/UEF). Its construction provides long‑term stability – even if other cables fail, this one will retain functionality.
