This power cable NHXCH FE180 PH30/E30 0.6/1 kV is designed for installations where human safety and property protection are critical. Manufactured from halogen-free materials, it provides high fire resistance and minimizes the emission of toxic gases in case of fire. This is the ideal solution for public utility buildings such as hospitals, shopping centers, or tunnels, where fire safety requirements are particularly stringent.

This cable is intended for use in installations with a rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV. Its construction ensures the maintenance of electrical functionality for at least 30 minutes during a fire—crucial for the operation of fire protection systems (water pumps, smoke extractors) and emergency lighting. It holds a Certificate of Conformity and Certificate of Permission from the Scientific and Research Center for Fire Protection – PIB in Józefów, confirming its high quality and compliance with safety standards.

Construction and application

The cable consists of stranded copper conductors (available in cross-sections of 1.5 mm²), insulated with halogen-free compound. The conductors are layered and twisted around a core, with the entire assembly enclosed in a halogen-free filling compound. Additionally, the cable features a concentric copper conductor and an outer sheath made of halogen-free HFFR (High Flame Retardancy, Low Smoke) material, characterized by high fire resistance and low smoke emission. The orange color facilitates easy identification in installations.

This cable is suitable for permanent installation both indoors and outdoors. The sheath is UV-resistant, enhancing durability in outdoor conditions. With appropriate protection against moisture, it can also be used underground or underwater.
