Low-smoke halogen-free power cable – safety and reliability

This black N2XH-J 0.6/1 kV power cable with a cross-section of 120 mm² is designed for reliable power transmission in demanding conditions. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures safety and durability in industrial installations, public buildings, and anywhere where limiting the emission of harmful substances in the event of a fire is crucial.

Application and construction

N2XH-J cables are ideal for permanent installations indoors and outdoors, in dry and humid environments. The possibility of laying in concrete and additional protection allow their use even underwater or directly in the ground. They are particularly recommended for facilities with increased fire safety requirements – thanks to the use of halogen-free materials, the cable does not spread flames, emits minimal smoke and non-corrosive gases, significantly increasing the safety of people and property.

The cable construction includes:

• strands made of soft copper wires (class 2), providing flexibility and ease of installation;
• insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), guaranteeing high resistance to electrical and mechanical damage;
• filling with a halogen-free material, increasing safety of use;
• outer coating made of a halogen-free material (HFFR) in black color, resistant to abrasion and weathering.
• green-yellow protective conductor placed in the outer layer (in N2XH-J cable).
