N2XH-J 0.6/1 kV 5x4 cable is an advanced solution for electrical power transmission, designed for safety and reliability. Thanks to its properties, this cable is ideal for permanent installation in dry and humid premises, as well as outdoors – even in concrete. Additional protection allows its use underwater or directly in the ground.

Construction and application

N2XH-J cables are distinguished by a construction that ensures high resistance to external factors and safety of use. Stranded copper conductors (available in RE, RM and SM classes) are insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which guarantees long-lasting and stable operation. The insulation colors of the conductors comply with PN-HD 308 standard or are marked with white numbers on a black background. A characteristic feature of N2XH-J cables is the presence of a green-yellow protective conductor placed in the outer layer – an important element for ensuring the safety of the installation. Layer-twisted insulated conductors are surrounded by a halogen-free filling layer, and the whole is protected by an outer layer made of a halogen-free material (HFFR) in black color – other colors are also available on request.

The cable weight is approximately 325 kg/km (estimated data). The operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +90°C, ensuring reliable operation even in difficult environmental conditions.
