The conductor insulation is made of insulating polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the sheath is made of tire polyvinyl chloride with increased fire resistance. This ensures that the cable meets stringent fire safety standards.

These cables are used:

• In open-pit and borehole mining plants outside of explosion hazard zones.
• In underground mining plants in non-methane and methane fields ("a" premises).
• In workings of class A hazard of coal dust explosion.
• In intrinsically safe circuits in open-pit and underground mining plants.
• In intrinsically safe circuits in premises classified as hazard degrees "a", "b" or "c" of explosion hazard.
