This signal cable, designed for operation in demanding mining conditions, is designed for reliable signal transmission in control, measurement, control and local communication circuits. It finds application in both open-pit and underground mines, meeting the stringent safety standards applicable in these environments. Construction and application – tailored to the specifics of mining

The YnKGSLY cable is characterized by a solid construction, adapted to the specific requirements of working in mines. Made of flexible, multi-strand copper conductors class 5 (with the possibility of tinning on request), it provides flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. Insulation of the cores made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) provides effective protection against environmental influences. The cores are twisted in layers around the cable center, additionally secured with a polyester tape. The coating is made of a special PVC compound with self-extinguishing properties and increased fire resistance, providing additional safety.

These cables can be used in:

• Open-pit and borehole mining plants outside explosion hazard zones.
• Underground mining plants in non-methane and methane fields (premises with degree “a” explosion hazard).
• Underground mining plants in workings of class A explosion hazard of coal dust.
• Intrinsically safe circuits in open-pit and borehole mining plants and underground (degrees “a”, “b” or “c” explosion hazard).
