Power Cable YKYżo 0.6/1 kV – Reliability and Safety in Your Installation
The power cable YKYżo 0.6/1 kV is a proven choice for transmitting electrical energy under demanding conditions. Designed for both industrial applications and local power networks, it ensures effective and safe operation indoors, outdoors, in cable ducts, and directly in the ground. The cable’s construction guarantees long-term performance and resistance to mechanical damage.
Construction and Application – The Key to Versatility
YKYżo cables feature a robust design tailored to diverse needs. Conductors made of soft copper strands (available in classes RE, RM, and SM) provide excellent flexibility and ease of installation. Insulation made of insulating PVC protects against short circuits and electrical damage, while the green-yellow protective conductor further enhances safety. The insulated cores are twisted around a central core and enclosed in an outer sheath of armored PVC in black color – alternative colors are also available upon request.
This model, with a cross-section of 5x50 mm², is particularly recommended for installations requiring higher current capacity. It performs exceptionally well in industrial plants, power stations, and anywhere a reliable power source is essential.
Advantages and Design Features
